Leadership changes in Ocab Group

I am pleased to announce that Pål Nygaard, currently Country Manager Ocab Norway, is appointed to Group CEO of Ocab effective 13th January 2025. Pål will take over from Klas Elmberg who will pursue other opportunities outside the company. 

Pål possesses 15 years of relevant experience from the Property Damage Restoration industry, with a proven track record from running the Norwegian business.

In parallel to holding the Group CEO responsibility, Klas acted as Country Manager Sweden.

I am very happy to announce that Robin Andersson will be promoted to Country Manager Sweden, having most recently held the position of Regional Manager East.

Over the last two years Ocab has strengthened its position as the leading PDR provider in the Nordics. With the recent acquisition of VV-Kuivaus in Finland, together with add-on acquisitions in both Sweden, Denmark and Norway, Ocab now has a strong Nordic footprint with the ability to deliver best in class services across the Nordic region.

It has been both fun and challenging to lead the Ocab Group but it’s also the right time for me to do something new and for the company to let Pål take it from here. Pål is a very strong leader with great industry knowledge, and I am confident that he will lead Ocab in a great way. I want to thank all Ocab colleagues and the board for their commitment and support, wishing Ocab all the best going forward, says Klas Elmberg, outgoing Group CEO.

I will continue, with help from the strong Norwegian organization, as Country Manager Norway in parallel with the group CEO responsibilities.
